The Season Reading costs USD 29.99 once. It is a digital service, not a subscription. There is no physical product to return.
Refunds
Because the personalized digital service begins promptly after payment and required birth details are accepted, sales are final once processing begins, except when a refund is required by law or one of the exceptions below applies.
Contact us promptly, and ordinarily within 14 calendar days of payment, for a full refund if the charge was duplicate or unauthorized, you cancel before processing begins, the reading was not delivered and cannot be restored, or the delivered service materially differs from the description at checkout. The purchase includes 90 days of private online access from the successful payment time and the ability to download its PDF during that same 90-day period. A PDF already downloaded remains on your device after the access period ends.
If UNHIDDEN permanently ends online access during your 90-day term, we will use reasonable efforts to give notice and an opportunity to download your PDF. If we cannot restore access or provide your reading as a usable PDF during that term, you may request a full refund. The ordinary 14-day request period does not apply to that later service-loss request and does not shorten any right that applicable law or your payment provider gives you.
A change of mind, disagreement with a subjective reading, an outcome that does not occur, or an error in information you submitted is not, by itself, a service failure. A follow-up question or regenerated reading is not included.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The ordinary 14-day request period above does not shorten a longer mandatory period.
You retain any mandatory consumer rights and remedies that apply where you live.
How to Request a Refund
Email albert@chironstudio.co with the checkout email, payment date, amount, and a short description. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or unnecessary birth details. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and your payment provider. Refunded access may be disabled.
