Merchant information and agreement

UNHIDDEN is a service of Chiron Studio LLC (“UNHIDDEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 741 S Bruner St., Hinsdale, IL 60521. These terms apply to askunhidden.com and the UNHIDDEN reading service (the “Service”).

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. UNHIDDEN does not impose a country-of-residence or card-issuing-country restriction. Payment availability remains subject to Stripe, your payment provider, applicable law, sanctions, and network availability. By using the Service, you agree to this Legal & Policies page.

Service, price, payment, and delivery

The free reading includes an initial AI-assisted interpretation. The Season Reading is a one-time USD 29.99 digital service with a personalized whole-life chart interpretation across relationships, work, money, family, identity, current timing, and practical direction. It is not a subscription and includes no physical shipment.

Stripe processes payment through hosted checkout. We do not receive your full card number or security code. The total price, currency, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Your payment provider may convert USD to another currency and may charge its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee.

Processing begins after Stripe confirms payment and the required birth details are accepted. The purchase includes one Season Reading, 90 days of private saved online access from the successful payment time, and the ability to download its PDF during that same 90-day period. A PDF already downloaded remains on your device after the access period ends, but we do not promise online access or another download after 90 days. It does not include a follow-up question, regeneration, later update, or human review unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. Keep your private access information and download the PDF within 90 days for your records. If payment succeeds but access does not unlock, do not pay again; contact us at albert@chironstudio.co.

If UNHIDDEN permanently ends the online service during your 90-day access term, we will use reasonable efforts to give notice and an opportunity to download your PDF. If we cannot restore access or provide your reading as a usable PDF during that term, you may request a full refund under the policy below.

Refunds, cancellation, and returns

Because the personalized digital service begins promptly after payment and required birth details are accepted, sales are final once processing begins, except when a refund is required by law or one of the exceptions below applies.

Contact us promptly, and ordinarily within 14 calendar days of payment. A full refund is available when:

• the same reading was charged more than once;
• the charge was unauthorized, subject to verification;
• the reading is not delivered and cannot be restored;
• online access permanently ends during the 90-day term and we cannot restore access or provide the reading as a usable PDF during that term;
• the delivered service materially differs from its description;
• you request a refund before starting the paid interpretation; or
• applicable law requires it.

After delivery begins, a change of mind, disagreement with a subjective reading, an outcome that does not occur, or an error in information you submitted is not by itself a service failure. A follow-up question or regenerated reading is not included. The ordinary 14-day request period does not apply to a later qualifying loss of online access and does not shorten any right that applicable law or your payment provider gives you.

Request a refund by emailing albert@chironstudio.co with the checkout email, date, amount, and a short description. Do not send a full card number or security code. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and the card issuer. Refunded access may be disabled.

There is no recurring charge to cancel and no physical item to return or exchange.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer guarantee, cancellation right, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The ordinary 14-day request period does not shorten a longer mandatory period.

You retain any mandatory consumer rights and remedies that apply where you live.

AI and astrology disclaimer

UNHIDDEN provides AI-assisted Chinese astrology readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are subjective and may be inaccurate.

Astrology is not a scientific measurement. A reading does not predict or guarantee events or outcomes and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Service for high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for your choices.

Privacy policy

Information we collect

The new Season flow collects the birth date, birth time or unknown-time selection, birthplace, gender or sex at birth used by the chart method, and optional question that you submit. It creates chart calculations, a free preview, and, if purchased, an AI-assisted paid reading. The free flow does not ask for an email address. Stripe receives the checkout contact, billing, and payment information it requires; if you purchase, we keep transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment method category, payment status, consent and policy version, and refund or dispute status. Our systems and service providers may automatically receive basic technical, analytics, and security data such as IP address, browser or device details, interaction events, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs. We and our providers may use cookies or similar browser storage for checkout, security, saved access, and limited analytics.

How we use information

We use information to calculate and create the reading you request, maintain the purchased 90 days of private saved online access and PDF download availability, operate and secure the Service, improve reliability, communicate with you when needed, process purchases and refunds, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Product-analytics events are configured not to include your name, email, payment-card details, birth details, question, conversation, or reading text.

Service providers and AI

We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that help us run UNHIDDEN. Reading information may be processed by Moonshot AI and OpenAI. Supabase provides database services, Hostinger provides hosting, Stripe provides payment processing, PostHog provides limited product analytics, and OpenStreetMap services may help resolve birthplace and time-zone information. Prompts sent for AI processing may include chart details and the question needed to produce a reading. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Overseas processing

Chiron Studio LLC is based in the United States. If you use UNHIDDEN from another country, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States and may also be processed in other countries where the providers named above operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from yours. We use each provider for the purposes described above and remain available to receive questions or complaints about this processing. We do not promise that every overseas recipient is subject to the same law as your home country.

Retention and security

The new Season flow stores the chart, preview, optional question, and paid reading as needed to provide the service. Private online access and PDF download availability for a Season purchase end after 90 days. Purchase, refund, dispute, consent, support, legal, security-log, and backup records may be kept longer when needed to run the business, resolve a request, or comply with law.

Separately, records from the legacy conversational intake may include a name, email address, structured life details, and full intake conversation. Structured legacy intake and conversation history are encrypted before storage; the legacy email address is retained in a restricted, non-public system. Those intake and conversation records are scheduled to expire after 90 days. These legacy records are not the new Season intake contract. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and you may object, appeal, or complain to a regulator. Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Hong Kong each provide privacy rights and complaint routes that may apply to you. We may verify your identity before acting and retain information that law or legitimate recordkeeping needs require us to keep. Contact our privacy contact, Albert, at albert@chironstudio.co. Children and policy changes

UNHIDDEN is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this page by posting a new date and any notice required by law.

Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of what you submit and allow us to process it only to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the Service. You must have permission to submit another person’s information.

Do not use the Service unlawfully; submit harmful, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information; interfere with security; scrape, automate, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; or use it to build or train a competing service.

UNHIDDEN’s brand, software, design, and underlying materials remain the property of Chiron Studio LLC or its licensors. You may keep your own reading for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may modify, suspend, refuse, or end access to protect the Service, enforce these terms, or respond to events beyond our control. The Service relies on third-party hosting, AI, mapping, software, and payment providers. We do not control their availability or separate terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiron Studio LLC and its providers are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data or profits, or decisions based on a reading. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected Service or USD 100. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes and general terms

Before filing a claim, contact albert@chironstudio.co and try to resolve it informally. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights under applicable law.

This page forms the agreement between you and Chiron Studio LLC concerning the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. We may update these terms prospectively by posting the new date and any notice required by law.
